FMCSA Posts New HOS Examples
Tuesday, February 28, 2012 The Hours of Service of Drivers Final Rule was published in the Federal Register on December 27, 2011. The effective date of the Final Rule is February 27, 2012, and the compliance date of selected provisions is July 1, 2013. FMCSA has published a new document on its website illustrating 20 logbook examples under the new hours of service rules. The American Trucking Associations and safety advocacy groups are filing suit against the new HOS regulations. HOS LOGBOOK EXAMPLES (pdf) |
